I know my name sounds cheesy but my name is Annie and they cleaned my carpet here in murrieta, today the 19th! Aside from the stain removal the best thing was that Gary the owner was able to squeeze me in today after my neighbors cat ruined my carpet last night, they called me before they opened to schedule, they were able to work some clients around and squeeze me in! So I am really grateful, if you are allergy prone the carpet has a nice orange scent to it, they are a green company which hey it means this isn't going to give you tumors years down the line! Also the stains they told me were because the soap from the last time we had it shampoo'd by another company was still in there from four years ago! So 4 year old stains are gone!! Saw the ad on Insta. I gave them a call. The got back to me in minutes. I had a few questions, they answered the all. Set up an appointment. They were there on time and greeted me with a smile. Introduced themselves and got to work. Measured the SqFt correctly and started work. It took 2 hours with an hour for sealant to dry. Results- Unbelievable. What a great job. Travertine looks like it did 20 years ago when we put it in. I cannot recommend them enough. Whoever uses them are in good hands. I had a FANTASTIC experience with The Dirt Army! Brandon and Mike were punctual, professional, and friendly. They did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. I really appreciated that Brandon did a thorough walkthrough with a UV blacklight before starting so he can identify all the hidden trouble spots. We had some stubborn pet stains. They used a targeted enzyme treatment that completely neutralized the smell and lifted the stains, rather than just masking them. I really appreciate that their solutions were safe for our pets. They have great pricing and the carpets look new and smells so fresh. HIGHLY recommend them for any pet owners looking for a deep cleaning for your carpets! I’m the guy that takes shoes off because I’m anal about my carpets. But I eventually still needed my carpets cleaned. I did the research on ingredients and pricing. These guys checked all of the boxes as BETTER than the competition. When they arrived, that’s when the real magic happened— professional, fast, and extremely effective as a team. They even explained what they were using to go deeper and not mess up the carpets. These carpets now look as good as the day I had them installed, these guys even nailed a major spill I couldn’t get out on my own— and the stairs are incredible. AWESOME!!! Friendly and professional service!!! The team was easy and wonderful to work with. You can tell Gary cares for his business because he listened to what I needed and paid close attention to detail. I had him come this morning to clean my carpet and he was cheerful (even at 8 am) and knowledgeable in all types of cleaning. He helped me so much! I wish I would have found him years ago! On time, professional, friendly, but most of all my carpets look NEW! My husband was very skeptical of the great price because we had used Chem Dry in the past which was three times the quote of the Dirt Army for a scrub. My husband was not home and was pretty sure that it would be a hidden charge or the job would be just ok.... I took photos as my carpets changed to CLEAN before my very eyes! Gary worked directly with me to quote and schedule my carpet and upholstery cleaning. Just a few days later, Mike and his partner showed up on time and did a beautiful job on our 2 area rugs, very large sectional (it took HOURS to clean this beast!) and 3 bedrooms and a walk-in closet. Second time around calling on the Dirt Army Squad, and it’s back to another 5 star review! They are communicative, efficient, on time and the price is super fair and not greedy! The Dirt Army came out to clean my tile, grout and one room of carpet. First off they were on time which is a huge plus for me. We clean our floors all the time but all I can say is WOW we can’t remember our floors and grout looking this great. Our carpet came out wonderful also. I’m embarrassed to even show a before and after because we are always cleaning but you need to see the results. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Very pricey, but you get what you pay for. My now, almost 2 year old dog, was the most challenging dog I've ever had to potty train. He likes to go in a particular spot in my house that still has carpet. It was next to impossible to get rid of the smell, I tried other companies that were cheaper, but the dirt Army is the only one that got rid of the urine smell. Like I said, they are pricey, but they get the job done. If you have a urine smell, the dirt Army is the best in the area as far as I'm concerned. Thanks guys! ~ Michele S

Definitely wanted to give a great review for our local carpet cleaning company that first, showed up on time and from the very beginning had a great attitude and very knowledgeable about carpets and the stains that come from just wear and tear and owning a couple pets. they were quick but efficient and the carpets came out great with no trace of the stains that were there only an hour before. I highly recommend the Dirt Army! We recently purchased a house that had carpet in good shape but was very filthy . i am extremely happy with the Dirt Army for cleaning my carpets and tile. My rental carpets were very dirty with red stains and pet urine. Gary, Michael and Erick saved me by removing the stains. They completely cleared the house of the pet smell also. The grout was so clean it actually matched the area that was under the refrigerator!! Next time I will have them clean my sofa and loveseat.
